Hi, I’m Jennie
Over a decade ago, I worked full-time as an accountant and lived happily with my partner. But my life didn’t unfold as I had dreamt it would. Tragedy visited us, not once but twice, forcing me through an arduous process involving extensive grief work.
Since then, I have retrained as a psychotherapist, studied ecotherapy, and trained as a natural mindfulness guide. I’m now undertaking the Anam Cara Apprenticeship Programme specialising in grief and loss.
Today, I offer client-led psychotherapy in Loughrea, County Galway, to help people like you affected by grief or other issues untangle your experiences and weave the threads of your life so you can heal, grow, and rediscover the magic in your existence.
