My Values
My Values
My Non-negotiables
Understanding
We can make the world a better place by treating all human beings with the empathy they deserve.
Acceptance
There’s still a taboo around grief, and we should embrace grief rather than ignore it. It’s part of being human, the price we pay for love.
Hope
When we allow people to feel hope, we give them another chance at life.
Energy
Our energy is our power.
I Will Listen

Do you often feel anxious, but you’re not sure why? Maybe you haven’t dealt with grief or other issues and feel stuck. Do you find it hard to open up to friends and family?
If this sounds like you, psychotherapy might be for you.
I will listen, understand, and give you the clarity to help untangle things. During our sessions, I will gently challenge you by asking questions like, ‘What did you notice?’ ‘What are you aware of?’ ‘What’s happening right now for you in your body?’
I want you to be yourself, be quiet, sit still, or let rip, whatever it takes to get your pain out. I have been through loss, and I get it.
When you come to me, you can decompress, sink into the chair a bit deeper, and relax your shoulders; I will understand you and your sorrow.
I won’t try to ‘fix’ you because I don’t believe you need to be fixed, but I will empower you to heal.
